The limit on the number of mail items queried has been reached.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An internal system object has reached the supported limit and no more mail items can be queried. The mail items queried to this point are returned in the outfile.
Recovery . . . : This limit is normally reached when QRYDST USRID(*ALLAUT) is specified. Doing multiple QRYDST commands, one for each authorized user, will return all the mail items for each user. If USRID(*ALLAUT) was not specified, then the recovery is to process the returned mail items, deleting as many as possible. Deleting the mail items will allow additional mail items to be queried on the next QRYDST command.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The limit of the internal object is 16.77 million bytes. The number of mail items that can be queried is approximately 65,000. The number does vary a little depending on previous requests in this job.
