Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The specified key is encrypted under a master key with a variant (disallowed function value) that indicates this key can not be used to perform the requested operation.
Recovery . . . : You may have specified the wrong key, or the key was created with a wrong variant (disallowed function value), or you are not allowed to perform this opeartion. Specify the correct key or export the key (Qc3ExportKey) to remove the variant, and try the request again.
