Version &2 of master key &1 is not set.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The operation can not be completed because master key &1, version &2 is not set. The master key version may have the following values:
0 - New version
1 - Current version
2 - Old version
3 - Pending version
Recovery . . . : If you need to set the current version of a master key, first load a key part and then set the master key using the Add Master Key Part (ADDMSTPART) and Set Master Key (SETMSTKEY) CL commands, or the Qc3LoadMasterKeyPart and Qc3SetMasterKey APIs, or the Cryptographic Services Key Management interface in System i Navigator.
