The key-encrypting algorithm context for the specified key is not valid or was previously destroyed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The key token specifies an encrypted key, but the algorithm context for the key-encrypting key is not found. The context may have been previously destroyed.
Recovery . . . : Recreate the key context using the Create Key Context (QC3CRTKX, Qc3CreateKeyContext) API, specifying a valid token for the key-encrypting algorithm context token parameter. Then try the request again.
