Cryptographic device name not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value specified for the cryptographic device name parameter is not valid. If the cryptographic service provider (CSP) parameter specifies a value of 2 (hardware CSP), check the name for invalid characters. If the cryptographic service provider parameter does not specify a value of 2, the cryptographic device name must be set to blanks.
Recovery . . . : Correct the cryptographic device name value and try the request again.
