Cannot add license information.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Product &1 &2 load &3 is installed on the system. License information cannot be added to a product after it has been installed.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again:
-- Package the product using the Package Product Option (PKGPRDOPT) command.
-- Create the product again, and add the license information before the product is installed.
