Cause . . . . . : All users exceeding the usage limit of &4 have been released for product &1, license term &2, feature &3, starting from the most recent until the number of uses no longer exceeds the usage limit. The requesting user was already added.
There are currently &5 uses for the local partition. There are currently &6 uses across all partitions.
Recovery . . . : Contact your software provider for a new license key to increase the usage limit.
