IBM i usage limit exceeded - operator action required.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The processor usage limit of &4 processor for product &1, license term &2, feature &3 has been exceeded.
-- Current processor usage across all active IBM i partitions is &5.
-- Current processor usage for the local partition is &6.
If the usage limit has been exceeded solely because of temporary processor capacity, you can ignore this message; the excess usage of IBM i is allowed for the partitions in which temporary processor capacity has been assigned.
Recovery . . . : If the excess usage is allowed, no change is required. If the excess usage is not allowed, either change the system partition processing resources so they do not exceed the usage limit or contact your IBM marketing representative to purchase additional license entitlement and a new IBM i software license key. Use the Add License Key Information (ADDLICKEY) command to add the software license key.
