IBM i usage limit exceeded - operator action required.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The processor usage limit of &4 processors for product &1, license term &2, feature &3 has been exceeded.
-- Current processor usage across all active IBM i partitions is &5.
-- Current processor usage for the local partition is &6.
Recovery . . . : The total processor usage count on all active IBM i partitions includes the processor usage of all versions of IBM i. Therefore, the processor usage limit must account for the total processor count on all active IBM i partitions regardless of their respective version of IBM i. Either change the system partition processing resources so they do not exceed the usage limit or contact your IBM marketing representative to purchase additional license entitlement and a new IBM i software license key. Use the Add License Key Information (ADDLICKEY) command to add the software license key.
