Cause . . . . . : The function specified is one that is currently prevented from being used.
Recovery . . . : One alternative is to use the Start Service Tools (STRSST) command, select the option to work with system security, and allow new digital certificates to be added. Once the certificate has been added, return to the option in Start Service Tools to work with system security, and change the value back to prevent digital certificates from being added using an API. Another alternative is to use the Digital Certificate Manager interface to add the certificate since the option on the STRSST command does not block this function.
