Cause . . . . . : Path name &1 contains a pattern that is not valid.
Recovery . . . : Correct the path name pattern and try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The pattern contains an escape sequence for an asterisk (*) or question mark (?). The CL topic collection in the Programming category in the IBM i Information Center, http://www.ibm.com/systems/i/infocenter/, has more information on path name values.
