Path name not converted.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred during conversion of path name &5 from Coded Character Set ID (CCSID) &1 to CCSID &2.
Recovery . . . : Correct the path name and try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The path name could not be converted due to one of the following reasons:
-- A code point does not belong to the code set.
-- An incomplete character or shift sequence at the end of the path name.
The reason code was &3, &4. If the path name is *N, the path name could not be retrieved in the desired CCSID.
