NEWOBJ parameter cannot start with a slash.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value used for NEWOBJ was &1, which begins with a slash ("/"). The NEWOBJ parameter should contain only the new name of the last object in the new path. The path prefix should not be present.
Recovery . . . : Remove the slash and any part of the path name (OBJ) that has been included with the NEWOBJ parameter.
