The NEWOBJ parameter cannot contain path.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A slash, "/," was found in NEWOBJ &1, indicating that a path is present in the NEWOBJ parameter. Only the new name of the last component of the OBJ parameter, following the last "/," can be used for the NEWOBJ parameter. Other components of the path cannot be renamed.
Recovery . . . : Enter only the portion to be renamed in the NEWOBJ parameter.
