Object has failed a scan. Object is &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An operation attempted to use object &1, but that object has previously been marked as having failed a scan by one of the integrated file system scan-related exit points programs.
Recovery . . . : Determine, if possible, what caused the scan failure indication and correct the error. Or restore the object from a previously saved copy which did not have a scan failure indication.
