Operation failed to access the system scan information. Reason code &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A severe error occurred while attempting to access the system scan information related to the integrated file system scan-related exit points. Reason codes and their meanings are as follows:
1-- Error creating or destroying the scan information object.
2-- Error updating or accessing the system's global scan signature.
3-- Error updating a scan key signature.
4-- Error adding scan exit program information.
5-- Error removing scan exit program information.
6-- Error priming the system scan information during an IPL.
7-- Error priming the system scan information during a restore.
8-- Error accessing scan exit program information.
9-- General system scan information error.
Recovery . . . : In order to ensure the system scan information is accurate and that scans occur when required, a system IPL is required. Provide the job log and the reason number in this message to your service provider.
If the problem continues or cannot be corrected, use the Work with Problem (WRKPRB) command to work with any system detected problems that may have been logged. If there was not a system detected problem, use the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) command to report the problem.
