Unable to release locks, reason code &1. Object is &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : File system locks cannot be released for object &3 due to reason code &1, with error number &2. Reason codes and their meanings are as follows:
1 -- The *NLM NFS server daemon is not running.
2 -- An unknown file system error occurred.
Recovery . . . :
If reason code is 1, use the STRNFSSVR SERVER(*NLM) command to start the *NLM NFS daemon, then try the operation again.
If reason code is 2, see any previous messages in the job log (DSPJOBLOG command) to determine what caused the reason code listed above. Perform the recovery specified for that message, then try the operation again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . :
If the error number is not zero, then use one of the following to determine the meaning of the error number.
- Use DSPMSGD CPExxxx, where xxxx is the error number to display an error message containing more information about this error number.
- Display the following file that contains descriptions of error numbers: QSYSINC/H, member ERRNO.
