Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value &1, specified for the field number is incorrect. It must be a positive integer no greater than the number of fields in the input buffer &2.
Recovery . . . : Determine the number of fields in the input buffer using the QsnRtvFldCnt API. Specify a correct field number value and try the request again.
