Incorrect value for control character byte &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value specified for control character byte &1 is incorrect. Both control characters must be specified, the control character byte 1 must be in the format B''xxx00000'', and byte 2 must be in the format B''0xxxxxxx''.
Recovery . . . : Specify a correct control character value and try the request again.
