Incorrect field control word.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Field control word number &1 was incorrect, reason &3.
The field control word was &2.
Reason codes and their meanings are:
01 - Bit 0 of field control word number &1 is not 1.
02 - CCSID-based I/O field control words (X'9000' through X'93FF') are not allowed for this API.
03 - Field control word number &1 not valid for the current low level environment or display device.
Recovery . . . :
01 - Change bit 0 of the field control word to 1.
02 - Omit the CCSID-based I/O field control word from the parameter.
03 - DBCS, ENPTUI and transparent data field control words require support from the low level environment or display device. Check that the capability is supported before using this field control word. See the QsnSetFld or QsnSetFldCC API documents for more details.
