Server &1 not active

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : No data can be sent to or received from server &1.
One of the following problems exists:
-- The NWSD associated with &1 is not varied on and active.
-- Not able to communicate with &1.
-- If the NWSD type is *WINDOWS, *WINDOWSNT or *LINUX, the i5/OS Administration service process may not be active on server &1.
Recovery . . . : Do the following:
Enter WRKCFGSTS *NWS to use the Work with Configuration Status (WRKCFGSTS) command and verify that the NWSD associated with &1 is varied on and has a status of ACTIVE.
If the NWSD type is *WINDOWS, *WINDOWSNT or *LINUX, the i5/OS Administration service process may not be started on server &1. Have the server administrator restart it, or vary off and then vary on server.
Correct the problem and then try again.
