Error processing link or unlink request for NWSD &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : During processing of the link or unlink request for network server description (NWSD) &1 an error was encountered. The reason code is &2. The following is a list of reason codes:
0001 - Invalid option specified.
0002 - NWSD is currently in use.
0003 - NWSD is not varied off or modify of the NWSD failed.
0004 - Unable to materialize the NWSD.
0005 - Unable to resolve server storage space.
0006 - Error creating server storage space.
0007 - Error modifying size of server storage space.
0008 - Error deleting server storage space.
0099 - Unexpected error occurred.
Recovery . . . :
For reason code 0001, specify a valid option for the second parameter on the call. The option must be either *LINK or *UNLINK.
For reason code 0002, try the request again at a later time.
For reason code 0003, make sure the NWSD is varied off. If the NWSD is varied off and the error still occurs then report the problem.
For reason codes 0004 thru 0008, make sure the user performing the operation has *ALLOBJ special authority. If the user does have *ALLOBJ special authority and the error still occurs then report the problem.
For reason code 0099, report the problem.
