Command timed-out.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A valid response was not received from SNMP within the specified time. The API did not wait long enough for a response or the community name sent with the request was not correct.
Recovery . . . : Change the time-out parameter to a longer value and verify that the correct community name is sent with the request.
