Upgrade environment not set. The environment specified already exists.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You tried to create an upgrade environment, however an upgrade environment already exists with the same name that you specified for the UPGENVID parameter.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
Use the Set Upgrade Environment (SETUPGENV) command again specifying a unique upgrade environment identifier (UPGENVID) parameter to create a new environment.
Use the Set Upgrade Environment (SETUPGENV) command again specifying UPGENV(*UPGENVID) to set the current environment to the existing environment specified by UPGENVID.
