Unable to select additional options without *BASE option.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One or more licensed program option selections cannot be processed because its *BASE option was not selected. Licensed program options cannot be used without their *BASE option.
Recovery . . . : See the previously listed messages in the job log.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : If you attempt to select a licensed program additional option without its *BASE option, this message and CPDA966 are issued to explain that the *BASE option is required with the additional option.
