Cause . . . . . : You tried to add (ADDENVVAR) or change (CHGENVVAR) an environment variable with an environment variable name (ENVVAR), &1, that contains a character that is not valid. Characters that are not valid are:
- equals (=)
- blank ( )
Recovery . . . : Retry the command with valid characters specified.
