An error occurred while trying to open the router port. The error code is &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A request to open a socket by the debug server router function failed. The reason codes are as follows: "0005"X - The host name configured does not exist in the name server database. "000A"X - The host name configured does not have an address in the name server database. "000F"X - An unrecoverable error has occurred. "0014"X - The name server did not respond. A later attempt may succeed.
Recovery . . . : The error probably is occurring because host information is missing or is incorrect in the network configurations. The debug router function retrieves the network address for the local system by using the socket function gethostbyname(). This function attempts to retrieve the network address from either the domain name server or the host database file. If the local host name is not correctly configured in these places the open will fail. A test to see if the network is configured correctly is to try to ping your local system from itself.
