Required server subsystem job has ended.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The required file server subsystem job, QSERVER, has ended. This is the result of either ending the server subsystem (QSERVER), or by ending the subsystem job QSERVER. The file server function cannot be used without this required file server subsystem job.
Recovery . . . : Type the Start Subsystem (STRSBS) command to start the file server subsystem, QSERVER.
