Unable to establish connection from &1 to &2.

Cause . . . . . : This message is usually caused when the OptiConnect connection manager is unable to submit the ObjectConnect agent job, due to one of the following:
-- The user profile not being found on the target system
-- The job description specified in the user profile is not found on the target system.
This message may also be caused by a problem with the ObjectConnect or OptiConnect software, missing ObjectConnect or OptiConnect service, on either one or both systems.
Recovery . . . : Verify that the user profile name is on the target system and, if a job description is specified in the user profile, verify that the job description is on the target system. Verify that all OptiConnect and ObjectConnect service (PTFs) have been applied. Then retry the ObjectConnect command. If the problem persists, report the problem using the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) command.
