Unable to establish connection from &1 to &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : This condition is usually caused when the connection manager is unable to submit the ObjectConnect agent job, due to one of the following:
-- The user profile not being found on the target system
-- The job description specified in the user profile is not found on the target system.
-- The communications entry is missing from the subsystem description on the target system
-- The mode description is not started on both systems
This message may also be caused by a problem with the ObjectConnect software, missing ObjectConnect service on either one or both systems.
Recovery . . . : Verify that the user profile name is the same on the source and the target system and, if a job description is specified in the user profile, verify that the job description exists on the target system. Verify that the communications entry has been added to the communications subsystem description and, the QSOCCT mode description exists and has been started on both systems. Verify that all ObjectConnect service (PTFs) have been applied. Then retry the ObjectConnect command. If the problem persists, report the problem using the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) command.
