OptiConnect path open error.

Cause . . . . . : The QzdmOpenPath API failure occurred due to an OptiConnect path open error.
Recovery . . . : Check the OptiConnect system-to-system connection using the Display OptiConnect Link Status (DSPOPCLNK) command, and try the API request again. If the problem still persists, then report the problem using the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) command.
