Cause . . . . . : An error occurred that prevented the Start Network Server Application (STRNWSAPP) command from completing successfully. Job &3/&2/&1 issued the STRNWSAPP command.
Recovery . . . : See previously listed messages on this display or in the job log. Use the DSPJOBLOG command to display the job log. Correct the error and then try the request again.
