Unable to determine if network server application started.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Start Network Server Application (STRNWSAPP) command sent the start request to network server &4, but an error or timeout occurred that prevented a reply from being received. The start request may or may not have completed. Job &3/&2/&1 issued the STRNWSAPP command.
Recovery . . . :
-- See previously listed messages on this display or in the job log. Use the DSPJOBLOG command to display the job log.
-- To determine if the start request completed, examine the job log or message queue associated with network server &4.
