Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The mail server framework (MSF) Change Mail Message(QzmfChgMailMsg) API was called to expand or replace the &3 list. This is not allowed for exit point &4. The reason code is &1. Reason codes and their meanings follow:
64 -- List cannot be expanded or replaced
99 -- Unknown error
The format name is &3. The error offset is &5. The length of list entry error data is &6. The list entry error data is &7.
