Reserved mail message identifier is not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The &2 API was called with reserved message identifier &1. However, the reserved mail message identifier could not be found.
Recovery . . . : Specify a valid reserved mail message identifier and retry the API. The Reserve Mail Message Identifier (QzmfRsvMailMsgId) API must first be used to reserve the message identifier passed to this API.
If the Create Mail Message (QzmfCrtMailMsg) API was called and the Reserve Mail Message Identifier (QzmfRsvMailMsgId) API is not being used, then the reserved message identifier parameter must contain null characters.

Technical description . . . . . . . . :
The reserved mail message identifier could not be found in the internal list of MSF reserved mail message identifiers.
This problem may be due to one of the following:
-- The reserved mail message identifier parameter is incorrect
-- The Reserve Mail Message Identifier (QzmfRsvMailMsgId) API was not called to reserve a mail message identifier
-- The Reserve Mail Message Identifier (QzmfRsvMailMsgId) API did not complete successfully
-- The reserved mail message identifier has already been completed using the Creation Sequence Complete (QzmfCrtCmpMailMsg) API
-- The reserved mail message identifier was removed using the Remove Reserved Mail Message Identifier (QzmfRmvRsvMailMsgId) API
