Reserved mail message identifier not used.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Creation Sequence Complete (QzmfCrtCmpMailMsg) API was called with reserved message identifier &1. However, the reserved message identifier has not been used in a call to the Create Mail Message (QzmfCrtMailMsg) API.
Recovery . . . : The application should remove the reserved mail message identifier by calling the Remove Reserved Mail Message Identifier (QzmfRmvRsvMailMsgId) API, or create the message using the Create Mail Message (QzmfCrtMailMsg) API. See the APIs topic collection in the Programming category in the IBM i Information Center, http://www.ibm.com/systems/i/infocenter/, for information about using the mail server framework (MSF) interfaces.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The Creation Sequence Complete (QzmfCrtCmpMailMsg) API cannot be called until a call to the Create Mail Message (QzmfCrtMailMsg) API has completed.
This problem may be due to one of the following:
-- The reserved message identifier parameter is incorrect
-- The reserved message identifier has not been created using the Create Mail Message (QzmfCrtMailMsg) API.
