Reserve mail message identifier already used.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The &2 Mail Server Framework (MSF) API was called with the reserved mail message identifier &1. However, the reserved mail message identifier had been used to create a MSF message.
Recovery . . . : If the API is Create Mail Message (QzmfCrtMailMsg), issue a call to the Reserve Mail Message Identifier (QzmfRsvMailMsgId) API to reserve a message identifier. Then retry the API with a valid reserved mail message identifier.
If the API is Remove Reserved Mail Message Identifier (QzmfRmvRsvMailMsgId), issue a call to the Creation Sequence Complete (QzmfCrtCmpMailMsg) API to complete the creation sequence of this reserved mail message identifier.

Technical description . . . . . . . . : A reserved mail message identifier can be used only once to create a message.
This problem may be due to one of the following:
-- The reserved mail message identifier parameter is incorrect
-- The reserved mail message identifier has already been created using the Create Mail Message (QzmfCrtMailMsg) API
