Command &1 in use in another job.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Command &1 is in use by another job.
Recovery . . . : First, use the WRKOBJLCK command selecting program &2 in library QSYS as the object name and *PGM as the object type. The WRKOBJLCK command will indicate which job is running command &1. Next, wait until the job no longer holds the lock on the program object. Then try the request again.
