Ending the initial thread is not allowed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You have requested to end the initial thread for job &3/&2/&1. You are not allowed to end the initial thread using this option.
Recovery . . . : The initial thread for a job cannot be ended while the job is active. To end the job and all threads in the job, use the End Job (ENDJOB) command or select the End option from the Work with Active Jobs (WRKACTJOB) display, the Work with User Jobs (WRKUSRJOB) display, or the Work with Submitted Jobs (WRKSBMJOB) display.
