No more active jobs, threads or tasks exist in current session.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The program QPYRTJWA has ended because it transitioned from having one or more jobs, threads or tasks active in the session to having none active.
Recovery . . . : Start a new session by calling QPYRTJWA passing a value of '1' for the first parameter and a list of job or TDEID selection criteria in the second parameter.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : When a session of the API QPYRTJWA is started, it is allowed to have no active jobs, threads or tasks. This permits, for example, to watch a job on a job queue being started. However, once one or more jobs, threads of tasks do become active within a session, the API will end with message CPFB503 when all jobs, threads and tasks being watched end.
