Disk Watcher could not start due to reason code &1.

Cause . . . . . : The following reason codes indicate why the Start Disk Watcher (STRDW) command could not run:
10 - Storage management usage collector is running.
11 - Storage management usage balancer is running.
12 - Storage management archive balancer is running.
13 - Storage management capacity balancer is running.
14 - Storage management performance balancer is running.
15 - Storage management defragmentation balancer is running.
16 - Storage management disk service preparation is running.
Recovery . . . : End the function which prevented Disk Watcher from starting and attempt the STRDW command again. The duration for which the indicated tool will run was specified at the time the tool was started. Following are the commands used to start each tool:
Storage management usage collector:
TRCASPBAL SET(*ON) ASP(*ALL) TIMLMT(minutes)
Storage management usage balancer:
STRASPBAL TYPE(*USAGE) ASP(*ALL) TIMLMT(minutes)
Storage management archive balancer:
STRASPBAL TYPE(*HSM) ASP(*ALL) TIMLMT(minutes)
Storage management capacity balancer:
STRASPBAL TYPE(*CAPACITY) ASP(*ALL) TIMLMT(minutes)
Storage management performance balancer:
TRCASPBAL SET(*ON) ASP(*ALL) TIMLMT(minutes)
Storage management defragmentation balancer:
STRDSKRGZ ASP(*ALL) TIMLMT(minutes)
Storage management disk service preparation:
STRASPBAL TYPE(*MOVDTA) TIMLMT(minutes)
