Start Job Watcher did not complete successfully.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Start Job Watcher (STRJW) command detected an error in the condition control file member and did not complete successfully. The condition control file and member were specified on the Condition control file (CONDCTLF) and Condition control member (CONDCTLMBR) parameters of the Add Job Watcher Definition (ADDJWDFN) command. The error was detected in record number &2. Reason code is &1. The following reason codes indicate the error in the file member:
1 - Logic error detected in condition string.
2 - A blank condition string was detected.
3 - Maximum condition string length was exceeded.
Recovery . . . : Correct the errors in the condition control file member and try the STRJW command again. The following specific recovery actions may be taken for each reason code:
1 - Correct the logic error in the condition string.
2 - Provide a valid condition string.
3 - Reduce the number of conditions specified in the file member.
