Cause . . . . . : The value for the keep color field in the control structure parameter indicates that color in the input data stream must be kept. The output data steam format does not support red, green, and blue (RGB) color selection. The input data stream specifies either RGB or color palette. Conversion of the input data stream would result in a loss in the number of colors.
Recovery . . . : Change the value of the keep color field to not keep color. Try the request again.
