Unable to lock data queues.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt to lock data queues &1 and &2 in library &3 for shared access failed. Another job holds an exclusive lock that prevents this job from aquiring a shared access lock.
Recovery . . . : See previous messages. Use the Work with Object Locks (WRKOBJLCK) command to determine the job that holds an exclusive lock on one or both of the data queues QIMGREQ and QIMGRPLY in library QUSRSYS. Release the locks and retry the operation.
