API &1 failed with reason code &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : IBM i Support for Windows Network Neighborhood (IBM i NetServer) API &1 failed with reason code &2. See the following reason codes and their meanings:
1 - Unable to retrieve user credentials.
2 - Unable to retrieve credentials.
3 - Exchange user profile failed.
4 - Unable to obtain lock for service program QZLSSRV1 in library QSYS.
5 - Internal operations failure, return code &3.
6 - Unable to do the publishing request for print share &4. API &1 completed, except the publish print share value was set to not publish when using the Add Print Share (QZLSADPS) API or the publish print share value was not changed when using the Change Print Share (QZLSCHPS) API.
7 - The error situations for both reason codes 5 and 6 occurred.
Recovery . . . : After completing recovery for the specified reason code, call the API again.

2 - Contact your service provider.

4 - Use the Work with Object Locks (WRKOBJLCK) command to find the owner of the lock and take steps to remove the lock.
5 - Restart IBM i NetServer using either the End Server (QZLSENDS) API or the End TCP/IP Server (ENDTCPSVR *NETSVR) command to end IBM i NetServer and then the Start Server (QZLSSTRS) API with the reset option to start IBM i NetServer. If the problem continues, restart the QSERVER subsystem with the End Subsystem (ENDSBS) and Start Subsystem (STRSBS) commands, then start the IBM i NetServer with either the Start Server (QZLSSTRS) API or the Start TCP/IP Server (STRTCPSVR *NETSVR) command. If the problem continues, contact your service provider.
6 - See the low level messages previously listed to determine why the publishing request could not be performed for the print share. Correct the errors, and then use the Change Print Share (QZLSCHPS) API to attempt the publishing request for this print share again. If the problem continues, contact your service provider.
7 - See the recovery actions for both reason codes 5 and 6.
