IBM i Support for Windows Network Neighborhood (IBM i NetServer) was unable to start.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : API &1 failed with reason code &2. See the following reason codes and their meanings:
1 - QSERVER subsystem not started.
2 - The QZLSSERVER job is already started.
3 - Reset of NetBIOS over TCP/IP failed with return code &3.
4 - Internal operation failed to reset with return code &3.
5 - Incorrect value &4 specified for parameter 1.
Recovery . . . : After completing recovery for the specified reason code, call the API again.
1 - Start the QSERVER subsystem with the Start Subsystem (STRSBS) command.
2 - Only one QZLSSERVER job may be active.
3 - Call your service provider.
4 - Call your service provider.
5 - Use a valid value for parameter 1.
