Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : API &1 failed with reason code &3. See the following reason codes and their meaning:
1 - Incorrect format name &4.
2 - Cannot find the library specified for user space &2. Either the library does not exist, or you do not have the correct authority.
3 - Cannot find the user space &2. Either the user space does not exist, or you do not have the correct authority.
4 - Cannot get a lock on specified user space &2.
5 - Could not retrieve job information.
6 - Could not retrieve time stamp.
7 - Object qualifier not valid.
8 - Data conversion error at offset &5.
9 - Either the information qualifier or session user did not specify *SESSID when the other did, or neither specified *SESSID when a session identifier was specified.
10 - The information qualifier is not blank when format ZLSL0900 specified.
11 - Information qualifier is *EXPANDED, but the expanded information qualifier is not specified.
Recovery . . . : After completing recovery for the specified reason code, call the API again.
1 - Use a supported format name listed in the APIs topic collection in the Programming category in the IBM i Information Center.
2 - Either use the correct library name, create the library using the Create Library (CRTLIB) command, or use a user profile with the correct authority.
3 - Create the user space using the Create User Space (QUSCRTUS) API, or use a user profile with the correct authority.
4 - Use the Work with Object Locks (WRKOBJLCK) command to find the owner of the lock and take steps to remove the lock.
5 - Contact your service provider.
6 - Contact your service provider.
7 - Correct the object qualifier.
8 - Call the API again. If problem continues, contact your service provider.
9 - Either specify *SESSID for both the information qualifier and session user or remove the session identifier parameter.
10 - Either specify blanks for the information qualifier or change the format parameter value.
11 - Either specify the expanded information qualifier or remove *EXPANDED for information qualifier.
