SPI &1 failed with reason code &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : IBM i Support for Windows Network Neighborhood (IBM i NetServer) SPI &1 failed with reason code &2. See the following reason codes and their meanings:
1 - Unable to allocate memory.
2 - Data conversion from CCSID &4 to CCSID &5 for &6 failed with return code &3.
3 - Data error while receiving computer list information.
4 - Could not retrieve name of network server in domain &7.
5 - Accessing TCP/IP services failed with return code &8.
6 - Parameter error while receiving computer list information.
7 - Could not retrieve time stamp.
Recovery . . . : After completing recovery for the specified reason code, call the SPI again.
1 - Contact your service provider.
2 - Change your job CCSID to an acceptable EBCDIC CCSID that will result in a successful conversion. If problem continues, Contact your service provider.
3 - Verify that the network server &6 is accessible. If problem continues, contact the service provider.
4 - Verify that the network server for domain &7 is accessible. If the problem persists contact your service provider.
5 - Restart TCP/IP with the End TCP/IP (ENDTCP) and Start TCP/IP (STRTCP) commands. Note: This may affect other users. When TCP/IP is active, start IBM i NetServer with the reset option using the Start Server (QZLSSTRS) API. If IBM i NetServer is not ended, you will need to first end IBM i NetServer using either the End Server (QZLSENDS) API or the End TCP/IP Server (ENDTCPSVR *NETSVR) command. If the problem continues, contact your service provider.
6 - Verify that the network server &6 is accessible. If problem continues, contact the service provider.
7 - Contact your service provider.
