Cause . . . . . : Conversion of item &4, from CCSID &1 to CCSID &2, failed with return code &3. See the following items to determine the cause of the failure:
1 - Share name.
2 - Extension file name.
99 - Unknown item.
Recovery . . . : Correct the problem and call the &5 API again. If the problem continues, contact your service provider.
