Cause . . . . . : The value specified for the Hex_Lit_Option field in the &1 format to the QxdaProcessExtDynEDRS API is different than the SQL_Hex_Constants value passed in on the call to the QxdaConnectEDRS API. These fields determine whether the data should be treated as binary or character data. Different values specified may lead to inconsistencies with the data.
Recovery . . . : No action is required.
